Resumen: 

Niño de 5 años, que acude a urgencias por edemas generalizados y fiebre de 48 horas de evolución en contexto de cuadro de disnea y tos. Desde 24 horas antes, presenta oliguria y las orinas son oscuras. Tras realizar tira reactiva de orina en su médico de cabecera, se objetiva proteinuria y hematuria.

Haematuria in a patient with respiratory infection.

A five-year boy who displays generalized oedemas and fever during the last 48 hours in a dyspnea and cough context. In the last 24 hours, he shows a decrease in urine output associated to dark coloured urine. A test strip shows heavy proteinuria and haematuria.
